These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Juicy Roll (the “Game”), operated by Golden Genius Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms form a legal agreement between you and us. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, you must not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence) to play.

  • By using the Game, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

2. No Real-Money Gambling

  • Juicy Roll includes slot-style gameplay and virtual coins/items but does not involve real-money gambling.

  • You cannot win real money, real goods, or real-world prizes.

  • All in-game features are intended for entertainment only.

3. Accounts and Access

  • Some features may require linking to third-party accounts (e.g. Apple, Google, Facebook).

  • You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity on your account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Virtual Items and Purchases

  • The Game may allow you to acquire virtual items, coins, or currency (collectively, “Virtual Items”) either by earning them through gameplay or by purchasing them.

  • Purchases are made through the relevant app store (Apple App Store / Google Play). Your purchase is subject to that store’s payment terms.

  • Refunds: As required by UK law and platform rules, you may be entitled to request a refund directly through the store under their policies. Otherwise, all sales are final.

  • Virtual Items:

    • Have no real-world value.

    • Are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

    • Do not confer any property rights.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Harass, threaten, defraud, or abuse other users.

  • Cheat, hack, exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Game.

  • Use bots, macros, or automated tools.

  • Upload viruses or malicious code.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Juicy Roll and all intellectual property in the Game (graphics, characters, design, code, trademarks, etc.) is owned by Golden Genius Ltd or licensed to us.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our IP without written permission.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • We process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy/

  • Data may be processed outside the UK, with safeguards in place as required by law.

  • By using the Game, you consent to such data use.

8. Changes to the Game

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Game at any time without liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We do not guarantee that the Game will always be secure, error-free, or available.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of profits, data, etc.).

  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Game in the last 12 months.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Game. You may stop using the Game at any time.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • If you are a UK or EU consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

  • Disputes may also be resolved through UK-approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies.

  • Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

    Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

    • You and Golden Genius Ltd agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Game or any in-game feature, including claims under contract, tort, statute, regulation or otherwise, will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court.

    • You also waive the right to participate in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding (“Class Action Waiver”). The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of multiple users or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding unless both you and Golden Genius Ltd agree.

    Opt-Out Clause (for U.S. users)
    If you are a user located in the United States, you may opt out of the arbitration agreement and class action waiver by sending an email to [hello @ juicy-roll.com] within 30 days after first becoming subject to these Terms. If you do so, all other parts of these Terms remain in effect, but you retain the right to go to court.

    Arbitration Procedures

    • The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) (or another mutually agreed body) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

    • The arbitration shall take place in London, England, or as otherwise agreed by the parties.

    • The language of arbitration shall be English.

    • The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding, and may be entered as judgment in any court having jurisdiction.

    Waiver of Jury Trial & Judicial Forum
    You and Golden Genius Ltd hereby waive any right to trial by jury or to participate in a class or collective action in court.

    Severability & Survival
    If any provision of this arbitration or waiver section is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain enforceable. If the class action waiver is held invalid, the remainder of this section will survive.

    Pre-Arbitration Negotiation / Notice
    Before initiating arbitration, each party shall provide written notice of the claim to the other party and engage in at least 30 days of good-faith negotiation to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Only after that period may arbitration proceed.

    Consumer Rights in Certain Jurisdictions
    For users in the UK or EU (or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protections), nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent you from exercising rights that cannot be waived under applicable local law.

13. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us.

  • We may assign or transfer our rights under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
